Sanctuary Functional Medicine is proud to offer a Functional Wellness Program which is a 6 month program designed to offer you a deep dive into all things functional medicine in order to help you achieve health optimization and wellness.

Cardiometabolic Health
Our cardiometabolic approach combines advanced testing, personalized nutrition, strategic supplements, and medications when appropriate, with InBody body-composition scans to monitor real progress in weight, metabolic health, and heart-disease risk.
Hormone Health
Our hormone health approach uses advanced testing to evaluate sex hormones, cortisol, insulin, and full thyroid function, then creates a personalized plan to optimize energy, metabolism, mood, and overall performance so you can feel and function at your best.
Gut Health
Our gut health approach goes beyond the standard “IBS” label, using advanced testing, strategic dietary adjustments, and targeted therapeutics to uncover the true root causes of bloating, pain, and bowel irregularities—restoring comfort and improving digestion.

The Functional Wellness Program is a six-month program at SFM focused on cardiometabolic health, hormone optimization, and gut health. We prioritize personalized, holistic approaches that combine natural healing methods with cutting-edge functional medicine interventions. We use advanced testing to gain better knowledge to understand what is going on in your body and empower you to make lifestyle and therapeutic changes now to ensure lifelong wellness and prevent chronic disease.

– Advanced Diagnostics: Access to functional tests such as Genova Nutreval (Organic Acid Testing), Food Sensitivity, Advanced Lipid testing, comprehensive metabolic & hormonal markers, DUTCH testing, Toxin Testing
– 6-month program with personalized assessment and understanding of current state of overall health and key ways to improve overall wellness, longevity, and prevent start of chronic disease
– Individualized health plan that will combine natural therapies, nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle guidance which includes specific exercise regimen to assist you with weight loss and/or health optimization.
– Education & Empowerment: You will walk through a 6-month collaborative program with your PA that will empower you to take control of your health for the long-term
Program Structure
Initial Appointment
Initial: 60min intake visit with an IFM trained PA/NP
Case Review
Case Review: 60- minute comprehensive Case Review to go over labs and personalize care plan, 4 weeks after initial visit
Follow Up Visits
Follow-up #1: 30min visit, 12 weeks after Case Review
Follow-up #2: 30min visit, 12 weeks after follow-up 1
Dietician Visit
Two 30-min visits with our Dietician (1st visit 1 week after Initial Visit, and 2nd visit 1 week after Case Review)
Continued Care Options
When your six-month Wellness Program wraps up, you and your provider will decide together what the best next steps look like. Some patients transition into one of our ongoing care options for continued support, while others simply move forward with the tools and strategies they’ve gained.
Your plan is completely personalized. Whether you continue with check-ins, additional testing, or a long-term program, we’ll help you move into the next phase with clarity and confidence.
Program Pricing Options.
1. Pay in Full: Non-refundable $400 deposit due at scheduling + $2400 due at initial visit ($2800 total)
2. Payment Plan: Non-refundable $400 deposit due at scheduling + $1600 due at initial visit + recurring
$240 payments per month for 5 months starting on the 1st of the following month ($3200 total)
