The Functional Wellness Program is a six-month program at SFM focused on cardiometabolic health, hormone optimization, and gut health. We use advanced testing to gain better knowledge to understand what is going on in your body and empower you to make lifestyle and therapeutic changes now to ensure lifelong wellness and prevent chronic Disease.
Patient Profile: Would You be a great for a Sanctuary Functional Wellness program
- Available to individuals 16-75. *Under 15 taken on case by case situation.
- For those interested in obtaining more advanced functional labs to better understand current metabolic health, cardiac risk factors, and ways to prevent the onset of chronic disease.
- Individuals wanting advanced hormone testing and support for issues such as perimenopause, menopause, PMS, PCOS, adrenal dysfunction, thyroid imbalances, and low testosterone.
- Individuals with mild-moderate chronic gut symptoms (nausea, constipation, diarrhea, SIBO) and want a more thorough work-up.
- For those who have recently obtained function health labs, and want a practitioner to help discuss and make an individualized treatment plan

Andrew, Erin and Lauren are willing to see all patients to start and as we go along can get more specific of which provider to put the patients with but to start lets just get patients in the door.
