Does your body seem to be fighting against you with seemingly unconnected symptoms? Uncovering mold toxicity means not only an explanation but with a Sanctuary detoxifcation protocol, this answer can also lead to feeling alive again with joy rather than suffering. Many have overcome before you. Join them.
Mold Toxicity, Biotoxins, and Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome
Many people suffer from mold allergies. A few suffer with infections ranging from mild to severe. Countless suffer from mold toxicity without anyone ever considering that mold in their home, their car, or their workplace could be causing the long list of unexplained and unrelenting symptoms.
People with a genetic susceptibility to mold toxins are hurt by a chronic inflammatory response in their immune system as well as many direct toxin effects on hormones, mitochondria, intestinal tract, and other systems. About 1 out of every 4 or 5 individuals have this genetic susceptibility. If they spend too much time exposed to toxin- producing molds, they can become very sick. (genetics pix)
Our mold toxic patients often spent years going from one specialist to the next, asking for help and getting a little help with their symptoms at best. Unless someone knows how to correctly test for mold and to treat it, these patients would continue to suffer for years, unable to address the root problem.
Finally, Real Solutions
When we uncover this CIRS from mold or other biotoxins like toxic algae, Lyme, or Bartonella infection, our patients are relieved to finally have an answer. We explain that there is a lengthy road ahead to overcome this malady, but their real joy comes as the recovery begins. As symptoms fade and health returns, their hopes rise. We love celebrating with them at the end when therapies can be stopped, when they can return to work, when they can start living again.
A short science lesson on mold toxins and CIRS.
A variety of blogs on our site can provide far more detailed information on how mold interrupts normal body functions, but here is the short story.
A significant number of the molds which grow on water damaged materials in building or vehicles. These few dozen mold species produce a few dozen different toxins and release them into the air for residents of the building to inhale. These fat soluble, air borne chemicals are absorbed into the body through the lungs and enter the blood stream.
Once in the body, each toxins trigger multiple, different reactions. The most impactful reaction occurs when the innate immune system is triggered and the chronic low grade inflammation begins. This inflammation topples the dominoes of issues with hormones, brain function, energy production, hormone balance, allergic responses, intestinal dysbiosis or leaky gut, among others. Some of the toxins go further and affect those same body systems directly.
Regardless, the body of a genetically susceptible person cannot eradicate the toxins fast enough so a variety of symptoms develop. Fatigue, brain fog, allergies, rashes, irritable bowel, dyspnea, palpitation, odd nerve sensations, headaches, weight loss or gain, fibromyalgia, frequent infections and more wax and wane without an obvious cause.
The Basics of Therapy
Therapy begins with proper diagnosis of the root cause and continues with eradication of toxic mold from the patient’s immediate environment. Binder therapy helps remove the excessive toxin load as we control symptoms and extinguish inflammation. At the end, we retrain the body to function normally again as the person returns to normal life.
We guide our patients along this entire path to recovery.
