Blog blurb: This is one of my favorite recipes! So full of nutrients, and the spice gives it some warmth for cold days. Ginger is a fabulous spice to add in to foods when you can. It’s a powerful anti-inflammatory that contains gingerols, which inhibit the formation of inflammatory cytokines. What a great superfood to help you live a healthier, more abundant life!
