Sanctuary Functional Medicine has an opening for a Patient Support Receptionist.
The ideal candidate has worked in a medical environment and is ready to bring their customer service experience to Sanctuary Functional Medicine to maintain a service process that will help prospects who have lost hope towards a healthier more abundant life they never dreamed possible.
The position will greet established patients for in office visits, coordinating their visit with the clinical team as well as receive phone calls triaging them to appropriate staff. This will require interactions with our Electronic Medical Record and managing paperwork needed for visits.
We provide life changing care not available in mainstream medicine and you can be a part of our team guiding the patient experience from first contact on to restoration.

General Accountabilities
- Greets patients and obtains name and verifies and updates pertinent information in EMR, notifying appropriate individuals of patient’s arrival.
- Answers and routes calls, as necessary, to appropriate individuals.
- Accurately takes and delivers messages.
- Manages distribution of tasks for calls requiring further action.
- Performs a variety of routine clerical tasks.

Role Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Preference for prior medical office experience, familiarity with functional medicine, or CNA/CMA qualifications
