Sanctuary Functional Medicine is a leading clinic in integrative medicine specializing in chronic illness and providing life changing alternative care. We are a boutique, family friendly practice led by Dr. Eric Potter, who offers a high touch experience through program-based services. We are looking to hire a full-time Receptionist to be the liaison between our clinical team and patients.
The ideal candidate has worked in a medical environment and is ready to bring their customer service experience to Sanctuary Functional Medicine to maintain a service process that will help prospects who have lost hope towards a healthier more abundant life they never dreamed possible. This position will greet established patients for in office visits, coordinating their visit with the clinical team as well as receive phone calls triaging them to appropriate staff. This will require interactions with our Electronic Medical Record system and managing paperwork needed for visits.

Duties to Include
- Greets patients and updates pertinent information in EMR, notifying appropriate individuals of patient’s arrival.
- Answers and routes calls, as necessary, to appropriate individuals
- Accurately takes and delivers messages
- Manages distribution of tasks for calls requiring further action
- Accepts and signs for packages and notifies addressee of package arrival
- Performs a variety of routine clerical tasks.
- Helps to create a clean and orderly environment
- Assist with office/medical inventory
- Additional administrative tasks such as patient billing and invoicing
Job Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Prior medical office experience/clerical experience, preference for familiarity with functional medicine.

This full-time position will require 36-40 hours in the office per week upon training completion with competitive pay.
