Patient Support Coordinator

Here at Sanctuary Functional Medicine, we are a leading clinic in alternative integrative medicine in Middle Tennessee! Sanctuary Functional Medicine has an opening for a Patient Support Coordinator. The ideal candidate has worked in a sales environment for 3+ years and is ready to bring their sales and customer service experience to Sanctuary Functional Medicine to implement a sales and service process that will help prospects who have lost hope towards a healthier more abundant life they never dreamed possible.
General Summary of Duties:
This position will divide time evenly between 1) direct new patient intake/support and 2) front desk phone and customer service.
For Role #1: The position will provide information to new patient inquiries regarding services at SFM directly or through the team. Inquiries will come from the public via phone, email, the SFM website and other referral sources about services offered at SFM. Responsible for answering questions and converting inquiry to patient relationship with SFM. Additionally, employee will be responsible for tracking clients in the software, tracking statistics as needed and providing reports on a routine basis.
For Role #2: The position will greet established patients for in office visits, as our receptionist, coordinating their visit with the clinical team as well as receive phone calls triaging them to appropriate staff. This will require interactions with our Electronic Medical Record and managing paperwork needed for visits.

This full time position will require 40 hours in office per week upon training completion. Opportunities for promotion will depend on satisfactory completion of Key Results Areas. Opportunity for advancement with clinic growth will be available for leadership positions.
