The ideal candidate has worked in a sales environment for 3+ years and is ready to bring their sales experience to Sanctuary Functional Medicine to execute a sales process that will help prospects who have lost hope towards a healthier more abundant life they never dreamed possible.
General Summary of Duties:
This position is responsible for direct new patient intake and support. The position will provide information to new patient inquiries regarding services at SFM directly or through the team. Inquiries will come from the public via phone, email, the SFM website and other referral sources about services offered at SFM. Responsible for answering questions and converting inquiry to patient relationship with SFM. Additionally, employee will be responsible for tracking clients in the software, tracking statistics as needed and providing reports on a routine basis. Other duties include marketing services of SFM to others in the region as well as other areas as determined. Once fully trained this can include visits to physician offices or other ancillary service providers who may become referral sources for new patients.

The employee will use the following to assist with the process:
o Call Scheduling
o Living Matrix enrollment
o Active Campaign management (critical function)
o Reports
This full time position will require minimum 32 hours in office per week upon training completion and then may have up to 8 hours per week from out of office setting. Opportunities for promotion will depend on satisfactory completion of Key Results Areas. Opportunity for advancement with clinic growth will be available for leadership positions.
