Gluten Free Brands –
With Six Days until Christmas, Sanctuary shares its list of favorite gluten free products. These products are ones we enjoy and feel better about eating as healthy options. Just because something is gluten free, does not make it healthy. If you already agree with us, please like your favorites below where we have listed them individually in the comments.
Cereal – (no one shoot me for eating grains or cereal for breakfast on occasion) – Nature’s Path Mesa Sunrise or homemade granola (my daughter has this one perfected)
Health Bars – eBars They have a wide variety of both flavors and formulas. eBars uses a variety of nutritional ingredients to augment cognitive and physical performance while offering pleasing options for your tastebuds.
Pizza – This one is difficult since Pieology went out of business in downtown Franklin. Now, it has to be the gluten free pizza my wife bakes fresh. However, North Italia gluten free pizza is awfully good too, just not as healthy.
Kombucha – So many options out their, but one of my favorite flavors is Blackberry. Herban Market as a great variety of rotating options on tap.
Baked Goods: As Yesterday mentioned, Simple Mills has done a pretty good job of lots of baked goods that are gluten free. However, there are also a lot of amazing gluten free bakeries out there to choose from.
IN SEARCH of… Anyone know a great Gluten Free Pita bread? The only one I have ever liked stopped producing them. I hate it when that happens. Let me know what you find.
