Sincerely concerned,
Dr. Eric Potter

We can still secure religious exemptions to vaccines in Tennessee! Read on….

If you have been following along, then you know that House Bill (HB) 10, the Religious Exemption Protection Act failed in the House Health Subcommittee. And for just a moment, we lamented over its death. However, it has come back from the dead! Almost.
House Bill 13 is a bill to keep the state or state agency from mandating a vaccine for COVID-19. That bill has also been tied up in the House with no action from the committee except to now kick the can to the Senate and see if they’ll take any action on it. And now, enter Senate Bill 187.
To become law, every bill must have a companion bill in both the Senate and House chambers. And the bill must pass both chambers to become law and receive a signature from the Governor. The companion bill for HB 13 is SB 187 sponsored by Senator Janice Bowling. And that bill is being heard in the Senate Health and Welfare Committee this Wednesday, March 24th at 12:30 pm.
So, we had an idea. Sen. Bowling is a champion for religious liberties and a fellow warrior in securing constitutional liberties for the citizens of Tennessee. What if Sen. Bowling would agree to amend SB 187 to include all of the protections of both HB 10 AND HB 13? Meaning, the bill would now both secure religious exemptions to vaccines and prevent the state from mandating a vaccine for COVID-19. Well, she agreed.
WE NEED YOU TO CALL AND EMAIL THIS COMMITTEE NOW. THIS BILL MUST PASS!!!
We have another shot. Let’s make it count!
Chairman Rusty Crowe (615) 741-2468
Sen. Ferrell Haile (615) 741-1999
Sen. Shane Reeves (615) 741-1066
Sen. Joey Hensley (615) 741-3100
Sen. Ed Jackson (615) 741-1810
Sen. Becky Massey (615) 741-1648
Sen. Art Swann (615) 741-0981
Sen. Bo Watson (615) 741-3227
Sen. Jeff Yarbro (615) 741-3291

Hello,
From time to time I alert my patients and audience to important regulatory or legal matters.
THIS IS ONE OF MY MOST IMPORTANT NOTICES.
Short story: Whether or not you want the vaccine for yourself, I hope and pray you will stand for religious freedom to choose against the vaccine. Please contact the representatives below to place clear legal language protection into Tennessee law so that vaccines are not forced against religious objections ever in Tennessee.
Thank you for your time and help in this critical matter.
Blessings,
Dr Eric Potter

The opposition is out in full force AGAINST HB10. This bill is now in jeopardy.
As a reminder – HB10 (and mirror bill SB07) is a bill to protect our existing RELIGIOUS EXEMPTION from mandated vaccination.
If HB10 does not pass, the Covid vaccine can and likely will be mandated by schools and employers across the entire state. FYI…Williamson County school board has already had discussions about mandating the covid AND flu vaccines.
We can stop this and here is how:
CALL and EMAIL everyone on this list. These TN Reps are on the House Health Subcommittee….and while you might not be in their district, by sitting on this committee, they represent ALL TENNESSEEANS.
If you don’t have time to call each one, please call the ones in bold.
MOST IMPORTANTLY – ask 5 friends to do the same (and ask them to get 5 friends…..etc)
Thanks so much for your help and please let me know if we can help you in any way…… Angela
