Proverbs 7:1-5 https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Proverbs%207&version=ESV
So many in science, in legend, and in the local health store are searching for longer lives. The Word tells us how to find life both in length and in quality. Wisdom, its possession and application brings life. Their reward is so grand that the writer of proverbs urges us to treasure it, to keep the commandments of wisdom, to focus our eyes on it, to bind it on our fingers, and to write it on our heart.
Our hearts, our eyes, and our fingers will be better for having wisdom woven into them. It will protect us from the adulteress tempting us to follow foolishness. Hold to it tightly.
