1 lb grass fed ground beef
1 tablespoon ghee or avocado oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 large garlic clove, chopped
1-inch piece of ginger, grated or finely chopped
1 bunch broccoli rabe, chopped
1 cup grated carrots
sea salt and black pepper to taste
Place a large sauté pan on the stove over medium heat. Add avocado oil and chopped onion. Sauté until the onions are translucent. Add beef, garlic and ginger. Sauté for another minute. Next, add the broccoli rabe and carrots with sea salt and black pepper. Sauté for about 4 to 5 minutes until the broccoli rabe turns a bright green. Serve hot.
